1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and 10xSharp (“10xSharp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the 10xsharp.com website and any related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service & disclaimer

10xSharp provides statistical analysis and probability estimates for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide betting advice, accept wagers, or guarantee outcomes.

The Service presents football statistics, probability estimates, data visualizations, and analytical narratives. All content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational purposes. Statistical models and probabilities are inherently uncertain: past performance and historical data do not guarantee, predict, or ensure any future result. No figure on the Service should be understood as a promise, prediction, or recommendation that a particular outcome will occur. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data or content from the Service by any automated or manual means;

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• introduce malware or attempt to circumvent security or access controls; or
